Requirements:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for Cloud Reliability Engineer. This resource will be working at our client site in Brindisi, Italy
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Reliability Engineer or similar role (SRE).
- 5+ years of experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems management.
- Experience in the deployment & administration of IT architectures based on public cloud providers (Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience in infrastructure- As- Code and/or Configuration Management solutions (Terraform/Ansible).
- Experience in support for cloud- Ative applications will be appreciated (Containers/Kubernetes).
- Cloud, Automation or Container certifications will be appreciated.
- Familiarity with application development tools and practices using CI/CD pipelines would be desired
- Flexible, team player, -get- IT- Done- personality.
- Critical thinking and problem- Olving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to multi- Task and context- Witch effectively between different activities.
Responsibilities:
The Cloud Reliability Engineer is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical Cloud infrastructures. His/her primary objective is to ensure the availability and consistent performance of various enterprise and departmental applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure for the clientt, including about 90 subscriptions/accounts in two public cloud providers: Azure - AWS.
- Actively monitor system health and performance, to ensure high levels of availability, performance, and security.
- Develop code for Configuration management and Infrastructure- As- Code.
- Define and automate processes to improve the administration of our infrastructure.
- Help to architect and build cloud solutions, including cloud adoption plans, cloud management and monitoring, new cloud technologies integration, and data center migrations.
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Draft technical documents to support administration activities.
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Share technical expertise, providing mentorship and cross- Training to other team members.
