Requisiti:
For our business in Milan, we are currently looking for an IT Specialist (male/female) Italian and English speaking. You-ll join a well- Established and high- Erforming IT Team to achieve success in our long- Term strategy.
As IT support you will provide technical assistance in the areas of hardware, software, and communications, guaranteeing quality and good IT systems for the Company.

At least 1 year of experience in similar functions
Excellent language skills (at least C1) in Italian and English, both spoken and written
Nice to have: Knowledge of Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mansioni:
Support the updating and maintenance of computer equipment
Advise users and professionals about the computer support linked to their specific areas
Support the updating and maintenance of computer equipment
Install and maintain local antivirus on workstations.
Support monitoring and implementing of global or local processes of the platform
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Troubleshooting system and network problems.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
