Requisiti:
Who you are and beyond:
You preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business engineering, computer science, business administration or a comparable education
Ideally a study focus or professional experience in the logistics sector
Experience in logistics systems implementations & integrations and/or affinity with SaaS products are considered a good plus
You are an outgoing person and easy to work with: Being proactive and interacting with people gives you energy, you always look for better solutions and challenge the status quo
Strong analytical skills and good feeling for data, numbers and KPIs, to make and support decisions
Personal organization: Ability to handle and prioritise outstanding tasks
You want to grow personally and are always curious about new technologies
Problem solving and conflict management: Measuring alternatives against objectives and identifying tradeoffs to determine which possible solution is best
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications and competencies
Fluency in Spanish and English is required

Mansioni:
Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long- Term customer success
Analysis of the as- Is and to- E processes
Conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder meetings
End- To- End project delivery and post go- Live ongoing support
Identify and manage risks and issues as a subject matter expert for daily work
Understanding customer's requirements and needs
Manage projects, with internal and external coordination as well as supervision of the project tasks, timelines and costs
